Blind adventurer Miles HIlton Barber gives the thumbs up as he sets off in a Hawker Hunter jet at Kemble Airfield, August 21 2007 on his bid to become the first blind person to pilot a fighter jet plane. Miles was to take the controls and perform aerial arcrobatics despite being totally unsighted.
